The Mission
of
The Institute for Congregational Identity

is to develop healthier behaviors, relationships and communications between pastors, leaders, and congregations through research, consultation and education in identifying and honoring the congregation’s corporate personality.

The foundational psychology reveals how groups of people function with an identity whether that be a nursing staff, a corporation, a social club, or a congregation. The profiler has been developed to specifically reveal the personality preferences of congregations. Our work is inter-denominational and inter-faith.
